Located on the first, second, and third floors, the Signature Suites are the perfect escape. At the end of the day, the bedroom is a cozy getaway featuring a Casper mattress and plush linens & pillows, which can be easily sectioned off from the rest of the Suite for more privacy with a heavy weight room divider Velvet curtains. The suite also features a queen sleeper sofa and a 55” TV in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped with all tools for light cooking and features an induction cooktop, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig machine. The bathroom features a spacious standing shower with double shower heads and a Philips Hue Ambiance Lighted Mirror.

The four Superior Suites are located at the front of the property on floors two and three. Additional windows in the Suite provide a view into the city and even more natural light. The Superior Suites bedroom can be easily sectioned off from the rest of the Suite for more privacy with a heavy weight room divider Velvet curtains should the guests choose. The suite also includes a queen sleeper sofa in the living area along with a 55″ TV. The Premier Suite is the only one of its kind at The Iris. Located on the ground floor at the front of the building, it provides floor to ceiling windows equipped with automated blackout roller shades. Walk directly outside your door into the city. The Premier Suite includes a separate bedroom with a Queen size bed, a spacious living area with a pull out sofa and a 55″ TV. The full kitchen is equipped with all tools for light cooking and features an induction cooktop, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig machine. The bathroom features a spacious standing shower with double shower heads and a Philips Hue Ambiance Lighted Mirror.
