- The Iris has recently become pet-friendly! We're excited to host you and your furry friend.
- Please familiarize yourself with our pet policy to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
- Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $175 per stay is required for each pet. This fee must be paid prior to your arrival.
- Pet Limit:
Each room can accommodate up to one pet.
- Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in rooms at any time. New environments can be stressful, and for their comfort and safety, please keep them by your side.
- Waste Management:
Owners must clean up after their pets. Any failure to do so will result in fines.
- Outdoor Areas:
Please walk your pet outside the hotel premises. We ask that you respect our property and utilize external areas for all pet walks.
- Damage Responsibility:
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Charges will be applied for any necessary replacements or repairs.
- Leash Requirement: For safety of all guests and pets, pets must be on a leash at all times within property boundaries.
- Noise Control:
Please ensure your pet does not disturb others with excessive barking or noise.
- Behavior Policy:
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if your pet exhibits behavior that is deemed unacceptable.
- Furry Friend Reservations:
Guests planning to bring their pet with them MUST create a separate reservation for our furry guest. Unapproved pets found on the premises will result in fines.
Please note, The Iris complies with ADA rules and regulations to allow true service animals. Emotional Support Animals are not protected under ADA and a pet fee will still apply.
