  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?

    For a direct reservation cancellation, the guest will not be charged if canceled more than 2 days in advance. After that, they'll be charged the total price. 


    For reservations made via a third-party booking channel, please reach out directly for your channel specific cancellation policy. 

  • Can I Bring My Pet?

    Yes, we welcome your furry friend! We allow one pet per reservation with a pet fee of $175. Your pet’s comfort is just as important as yours, and we strive to make your stay enjoyable for both.

  • How Do I Reserve Parking?

    The Iris offers convenient parking with three Parkmatic parking carousels. Please note the carousels have vehicle dimension restrictions. Parking is $25 per night and must be reserved in advance.

  • What Time is Check-In and Check-Out?

    Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Do You Offer WiFi?

    Yes, we offer free high-speed fiber optic WiFi throughout each room to ensure you stay connected during your visit. No additional fees or sign-ups are required—just relax and enjoy seamless connectivity.
